St. John’s Wort is traditionally used to help support healthy mood and emotional well-being, especially seasonal mood dips. Helps reduce temporary anxiousness and muscle tension. Named St. John’s Wort because it flowered on St John’s day, June 24. Native to Europe. *
NOTE: May cause photo-sensitivity. Should not be used during photo-therapy (laser or ultraviolet) or by those taking photo-sensitizing drugs. Fair-skinned people should avoid excessive exposure to sunlight while using this herb. Not for serious clinical-based depression. May enhance the effect of MAO-inhibiting medications. Do not use during pregnancy.

SUGGESTED USE: 1/8th teaspoon (0.62 ml) 1 to 3 times a day, or as needed. Shake well.
